Responsibilities:
Research and identify trending topics within the mental health space that resonate with clinicians and the broader audience.
Plan, script, storyboard, and produce captivating YouTube Shorts that inform and engage.
Record and edit high-quality videos, incorporating suitable graphics, effects, and clinical insights.
Optimize video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) for maximum visibility and SEO, with a focus on mental health keywords.
Publish videos consistently on our YouTube channel, ensuring alignment with platform best practices.
Occasionally conduct user interviews or collaborate with clinicians for deeper insights and case studies.
Collaborate with our broader content team to ensure synergy between written content and video shorts.
Qualifications:
Clinical experience in mental health.
Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Proven track record in short-form video content creation, preferably for platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or Instagram Reels.
Strong storytelling and scripting skills with sensitivity to mental health topics.
Proficiency in video editing software and tools.
Solid understanding of SEO and YouTube's algorithm.
Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency.
