Responsibilities:
Targeted Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to attract top talent in the AI and mental health sectors.
Network Utilization: Leverage your existing contacts and networks to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Employer Branding: Enhance our brand to attract top talent, utilizing social media, job boards, and other platforms.
HR Operations: Set up and manage HR systems to track candidate interactions and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with team leads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Monitor recruitment performance against goals, providing transparent reporting and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven Recruitment Experience: A minimum of 5 years in recruitment, with substantial experience in the tech or healthcare sectors, ideally within a startup environment.
Established Industry Contacts: Pre-existing relationships with professionals in the AI and tech sectors.
Full-Cycle Recruiting Skills: Proven ability to independently manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
HR Operations Knowledge: Experience in setting up and optimizing recruitment processes and HR systems, ready to be applied in a startup environment.
Adaptive Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders and adapt messaging to different audiences.
Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, market analysis, and recruitment strategy development specific to the tech and healthcare fields.
